General Considerations
* A key consideration, which should be made in advance, is how the learning environment will be structured – whether it is face-to-face, hybrid, or blended learning. This decision will influence your choice of tools. It is also helpful to understand the participants’ learning preferences and styles and take them into account when selecting tools.
*Another question to consider is whether there are learners with special needs when using digital devices or tools. If so, think about accessibility and provide support whenever possible, such as screen readers, subtitles, or alternative formats (e.g., audio recordings).
*Furthermore, it is important to consider whether financial limitations restrict the use of digital tools. If necessary, open-source tools or low-cost alternatives can be considered.
