The Erasmus+ project LETTra aims to strengthen digitally enhanced education for youth workers — including online activities, blended learning formats, and hybrid approaches in youth work training and education.
This self-paced online course is designed for youth work trainers and youth workers who want to explore and strengthen their digital competences in a practical and reflective way.

- Understand key concepts of digital youth work and digitalization in the youth work field.
- Identify and apply digital tools that foster participation, creativity, and engagement.
- Reflect on the role of the youth worker vs. educator in digital learning environments.
- Make informed choices based on quality indicators for digital learning.
